WC: Yes you need a software to build a database, probably Microsoft Access, Oracle, MySQL etc. I have never built a database before because my asgmt last sem was done with ppl that were good in DB, so they finished most of the parts la. I know how to do the top-level design, but not the actual construction (i.e. programming part).

And to the future... I like that part about finding the answers instead of worrying about it. In fact I am trying to do so, resulting in many weird weird projects.
